Our Garbanzo and Cucumber Salad is just that. With the easy use of garbanzo beans, veggies, hummus and our Greek Seasoning you can make this creamy, healthy salad as a main dish or as a side dish. Bring it to a picnic and wow your friends with how this recipe just comes together.
Preparation: 10-12 minutes
15.5 oz can garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
1 cup diced cucumbers
1 cup diced bell pepper
½ cup diced onion
½ cup kalamata olives
6 oz. hummus
1 ½ tbs olive oil
Salt to taste
Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl. Set aside. In a separate bowl mix together hummus, olive oil, Spice Squad Greek Seasoning and salt. Use more olive oil if you like the dressing more runny.
Combine dressing and all salad ingredients together. Serve and enjoy!
